Hi! I’m Mason,

I am a recent graduate from the University of Utah, earning a degree in Communication with an emphasis in journalism. My time in school allowed me to enhance my writing and communication skills and develop new ways to communicate and collaborate with my community.

I also came to find that communication goes so much further than written and spoken. Photography, graphics and social media are also integral forms of communication that I love. While completing an internship for the design desk at The Daily Utah Chronicle I used tools such as InDesign and Photoshop to create graphics for stories published in the newspaper. Not only did my graphics communicate their own message, but they also complimented the message of the written components they went along with.

I am excited to get out into the world, continue growing as a creative, and broaden my skill set even more!
